Hi, I’m Elisa.

I’ve spent the last decade studying the top evidence-based trauma modalities because I know every client is unique. I specialize in treating PTSD and complex trauma. My therapy style is active and collaborative; each step of the therapeutic process is tailored to meet your specific needs and goals.

I also love working with journalists and other professionals who cope with high levels of trauma, unpredictability, and stress in their careers. As a former journalist, I know firsthand the toll of a high-pressure, intense career and what it takes to cope with burnout and vicarious trauma.
